My history with troubled skin inspired me to develop a special interest in facial rejuvenation and dermatology. I have developed a comprehensive treatment plan that heals skin conditions, reduces signs of aging, and boosts confidence from within. 

 

Favorite Mind-Body Activity:

Along with East Asian medicine, yoga is my passion! It has taught me so much about the mind-body connection over the years and even inspired me to finally become an acupuncturist. I am a certified yoga instructor and frequently use yoga therapy as part of our holistic treatment plans. 

 

Personal Passions:

I believe food is one of the best ways we can enjoy life while also supporting our health. I love to cook delicious recipes with Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and traditional Korean herbal ingredients and methods. Staying active with yoga, Pilates, functional high-intensity training is also important to me. These habits keep me healthy and energized so I can enjoy my other beloved hobbies - traveling and going to concerts!
